I try to process orders within 1-4 working days. The processing time may be delayed due to vacation, in which case I will announce this on the homepage.

All sticker products are made entirely by myself. That means from the illustration to the printing to the cutting and shipping.

Yes, I use 100% biodegradable glassine bags, envelopes, boxes and padding paper.

This varies and depends on vacations and other private commitments. I usually need about two weeks for a new sheet. My workflow is as follows:

I collect ideas for stickers over weeks and months. As soon as it starts, I start creating a color palette, which takes a few hours. Then I always draw a sketch first and then the finished sticker based on the sketch. This process takes between 1-2 days for each sticker. This takes so long because I draw each motif in a resolution of 3000x3000 to guarantee the best possible quality for digital sales. Finally, I arrange the stickers for physical sale on a sheet, add embellishments and print/cut them. I need about 2 weeks for everything together. Depending on the complexity of the stickers, even longer.
